- 2. Delivery Charges: Delivery costs are not included and will be calculated based on the customer’s location.
- 3. Installation Charges: Installation or setup costs are additional and not part of the quoted price.
- 4. Credit Facility: Credit card recovery available through Wipro with flexible repayment options up to 6 months.
- 5. Bank Loan Assistance: Customers can avail bank loan facilities through our authorized partners.

6. Service Support:
- Within 50 km: service within 24 hours
- Beyond 50 km: service within 48 hours
- 7. Warranty & Replacement: Products under warranty will be repaired. If unresolved, a replacement will be issued. Damaged items are not covered.
- 8. Damage Liability: The company will not be liable for any damage to products once they have been delivered. If any product is damaged, the liability will not fall under the company.
- 9. Order Date: The order will be considered confirmed from the date mentioned in the order. If any order is delayed by 2-3 days or more, it will not be accepted.
- 10. Payment Terms: 50% of the total order value must be paid in advance while placing the order. The remaining amount will be due upon delivery.
